It is with great pleasure to create a visual identity and series of album artworks for experimental improvisation musician, Paul Taylor. I have created abstract and textural work to accompany his fascinating soundscapes, with a soft vintage psychedelia influence. The fonts “Horatio” and “Futura” are seen throughout the artworks to create a consistent identification.

The album artwork that began it all was for “Avalon of the Heart”, where we soon decided that the design should be inspired by images from the Thought Forms book. This resource has many interesting synesthisic explorations, including “church emanations” where music is shown through abstract visuals.
